A 17-day central Kalahari and Chobe safari is a lengthy and exciting trip that typically involves exploring the stunning wildlife and natural landscapes of Botswana. Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Maun, Botswana

Upon arrival in Maun, you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel. Spend the afternoon relaxing and preparing for your safari adventure.

Day 2-4: Central Kalahari Game Reserve

After breakfast, you will be driven to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve, where you will spend the next three days exploring the vast desert landscape. The reserve is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, wild dogs, and a range of antelope species. During your stay, you will go on game drives and guided walks to observe the wildlife and learn about the unique desert ecosystem.

Day 5-7: Makgadikgadi Pans

After leaving the Central Kalahari, you will travel to the Makgadikgadi Pans, one of the largest salt pans in the world. The pans are home to a variety of wildlife, including zebras, wildebeest, and meerkats. You will go on game drives and walks to explore the pans, and visit a local village to learn about the culture and traditions of the local people.

Day 8-10: Nxai Pan

After the Makgadikgadi Pans, you will travel to the Nxai Pan National Park, which is known for its large herds of elephants and other wildlife. You will go on game drives and guided walks to observe the wildlife and learn about the unique ecosystem of the park.

Day 11-13: Moremi Game Reserve

After leaving Nxai Pan, you will travel to the Moremi Game Reserve, which is one of the most diverse wildlife reserves in Africa. The reserve is home to a wide range of wildlife, including elephants, lions, leopards, hyenas, and a variety of antelope species. You will go on game drives and boat cruises to explore the reserve and observe the wildlife.

Day 14-16: Chobe National Park

After leaving Moremi, you will travel to Chobe National Park, which is known for its large herds of elephants and other wildlife. You will go on game drives and boat cruises to observe the wildlife and explore the park.

Day 17: Departure

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
