Chaz Tours and Travel - Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Reservation:
1.1 To secure your reservation for a Chaz Tours and Travel package, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
1.2 The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
2. Payment Schedule
2.1 Four (4) months before the start of the tour, a payment of 50% of the total tour cost is due.
2.2 Two (2) months before the start of the tour, the remaining 30% of the total tour cost is due.
2.3 One (1) month before the tour start date, the final payment of the remaining 50% of the total tour cost is required.
3. Payment Methods
3.1 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method agreed upon by both parties.
3.2 All bank charges related to the payment are the responsibility of the client.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 The 20% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4.2 Cancellation made less than four (4) months before the tour start date will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
4.3 Cancellation made less than two (2) months before the tour start date will result in a 80% cancellation fee.
4.4 No refund will be provided for cancellations made within one (1) month of the tour start date.
5. Changes and Amendments
5.1 Changes to the tour itinerary or dates are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
5.2 Chaz Tours and Travel reserves the right to alter or cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
6. Travel Insurance
6.1 It is strongly recommended that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have all the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates.
7.2 Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being during the tour and should inform Chaz Tours and Travel of any medical conditions or special requirements in advance.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 Chaz Tours and Travel shall not be held responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
9. Governing Law
9.1 This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
10. Acceptance of Terms
10.1 By making a deposit or full payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
