This 9-day tour combines the excitement of an African safari with the relaxation of a beach holiday. Experience the best of Kenya's wilderness, from the iconic Masai Mara to Amboseli's stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, and the expansive landscapes of Tsavo, followed by serene beach time along the Indian Ocean in Mombasa. Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve

Morning Departure: Depart from Nairobi early in the morning for the Masai Mara, Kenya’s most famous wildlife reserve. Scenic Drive: Enjoy the drive through the Great Rift Valley, with opportunities to stop for photos and refreshments. Arrival & Check-in: Arrive in the Masai Mara in time for lunch at your safari lodge or camp. Afternoon Game Drive: After lunch, head out for your first game drive in the Masai Mara, home to the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino), along with cheetahs, zebras, wildebeest, and more. Dinner & Overnight: Stay at a luxury tented camp or safari lodge in Masai Mara.

Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara National Reserve

Morning Game Drive: Start your day with an early morning game drive to catch the predators before they retreat for the day. The Masai Mara is also famous for its breathtaking sunrises. Breakfast & Relaxation: Return to the lodge for breakfast and some relaxation. Optional Hot Air Balloon Safari: Experience a thrilling hot air balloon ride over the Mara plains (extra cost) with a champagne breakfast after landing. Afternoon Game Drive: After lunch, embark on another game drive, exploring different areas of the Mara for more wildlife sightings. Dinner & Overnight: Return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Morning Game Drive: Enjoy a final early morning game drive in the Masai Mara. Drive to Nairobi: After breakfast, depart the Masai Mara and drive back to Nairobi, arriving in time for lunch. Transfer to Amboseli: In the afternoon, continue your journey to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrival & Check-in: Arrive in Amboseli in time for dinner at your lodge or camp. Dinner & Overnight: Stay at a luxury lodge or tented camp in Amboseli.

Day 4: Full Day in Amboseli National Park

Morning Game Drive: Early morning game drive in Amboseli, renowned for its large elephant herds and views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Breakfast & Relaxation: Return to the lodge for breakfast and relaxation. Optional Cultural Visit: Visit a nearby Maasai village to learn about Maasai culture and traditions (extra cost). Afternoon Game Drive: Embark on another game drive to explore more of Amboseli’s diverse habitats, including its swamps and acacia woodlands. Dinner & Overnight: Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Amboseli – Tsavo West National Park

Morning Game Drive: Optional early morning game drive in Amboseli before breakfast. Transfer to Tsavo West: After breakfast, depart for Tsavo West National Park, known for its volcanic landscapes and diverse wildlife. Mzima Springs Visit: Upon arrival, visit the famous Mzima Springs, a clear-water oasis inhabited by hippos and crocodiles. Afternoon Game Drive: Explore Tsavo West’s rocky landscapes on an afternoon game drive. Tsavo West is home to leopards, lions, elephants, and more. Dinner & Overnight: Stay at a lodge or camp in Tsavo West.

Day 6: Tsavo West – Tsavo East National Park

Morning Game Drive & Breakfast: Early morning game drive, then enjoy breakfast before departing for Tsavo East National Park. Transfer to Tsavo East: Drive to Tsavo East, known for its open savannah and large herds of red-skinned elephants. Arrival & Check-in: Check in at your lodge or camp in Tsavo East and have lunch. Afternoon Game Drive: Explore Tsavo East’s vast wilderness on an afternoon game drive, visiting landmarks like Mudanda Rock and Aruba Dam, which are excellent spots for game viewing. Dinner & Overnight: Stay at a lodge or camp in Tsavo East.

Day 7: Tsavo East – Mombasa Beach

Morning Game Drive: Enjoy an early morning game drive in Tsavo East, followed by breakfast at the lodge. Transfer to Mombasa: After breakfast, depart for Mombasa, with lunch en route. Arrive in the afternoon at your beach resort on the Indian Ocean. Afternoon Beach Relaxation: Spend the rest of the day relaxing by the beach or pool. Dinner & Overnight: Stay at a luxury beach resort in Mombasa.

Day 8: Full Day Mombasa Beach

Relaxation & Leisure: Spend the day at leisure enjoying the beach and resort facilities. Optional water sports activities include snorkeling, scuba diving, or windsurfing (extra cost). Optional Mombasa City Tour: Take a half-day city tour of Mombasa, visiting Fort Jesus, Old Town, and the bustling markets (extra cost). Dinner & Overnight: Stay at the beach resort in Mombasa.

Day 9: Mombasa – Nairobi (or Departure)

Morning Beach Time: Enjoy a relaxed morning at the beach or by the pool. Departure: Check out from your beach resort and transfer to Moi International Airport for your flight back to Nairobi or onward destination.
