This 3-day Burundi Wildlife Safari Tour starts with arrival at Bujumbura Airport, then you will be taken to the direction of Mwaro Province. You will also visit Agasumoka Mwaro waterfalls. This place is also where the Burundi people worship their God; then have your night at Bujumbura. The tour will also take you to Rusizi National Park; where you will have a boat cruise in the river and view many animals including the hippos, numerous birds, and crocodiles. You will also visit the Livingstone memorial and the local villages of fishermen of Rumonge Port. Then finally we transfer you to the airport to catch your flight.
Itinerary
Arrival at Bujumbura Airport: On your arrival, you will take the direction to Mwaro province.
You will visit Agasumoka Mwaro waterfalls. This is a place where the Burundi people worship their God Kiranga before Christianity. Then have lunch at the site and drive back in the afternoon to Bujumbura for your overnight at club du Lac Hotel or similar.
Rusizi national park
You will have breakfast before you visit Rusizi National park; where you will have a boat cruise in Rusizi River. Then later explore closer the hippos, numerous birds and the joint point between Rusizi River and Lake Tanganyika. You will then continue with your trip to the south; driving at the shores of Lake Tanganyika. You will also visit Livingstone memorial. Then drive to Rumonge to visit of the local villages of fishermen of Rumonge port. You might relax at the beach, swimming or beach volley at blue bay. Then drive back to Bujumbura for overnight at Club du Lac Tanganyika Hotel or similar.

Finally transfer to the airport for your departure.
