Your booking is confirmed once we receive a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total tour cost. This secures your reservation and tour arrangements.

No. The 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as it is used to secure accommodations and services in advance.

Payments follow a schedule:

  • 50% of the tour cost is due 4 months before travel

  • 30% is due 2 months before travel

  • The final balance is due 1 month before the tour start date

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other mutually agreed payment methods. Please note that all bank charges are the client’s responsibility.

Travel

Cancellation fees depend on when you cancel:

  • Less than 4 months before travel → 50% fee

  • Less than 2 months before travel → 80% fee

  • Within 1 month of travel → No refund
    The initial deposit remains non-refundable.

Yes, changes may be possible but are subject to availability and may involve additional charges depending on the service providers.

In the rare case we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of payments made.

Yes, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and unexpected events.

You must ensure you have valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any required travel documents before departure.

Yes. Clients should notify us in advance about any medical conditions or special requirements to ensure proper arrangements and safety.

Events such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure situations may cause delays or changes. In such cases, we are not liable for disruptions beyond our control.
All bookings and agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
By paying your deposit or full tour amount, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the booking terms and cancellation policy.
